Best advice: Safest fever/pain reliever in India. Do NOT combine multiple paracetamol products (many cold/flu combos already contain it). Never exceed 4 g in 24 h.

Best advice: The single most life-saving remedy for diarrhoea in India. Use WHO-approved sachets — homemade sugar-salt water is a fallback only.
